About the Role

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast‑growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence‑based 1:1 support to children diagnosed with autism in home, school, and clinic settings. This is an entry‑level position with full training provided, offering a chance to grow personally and professionally while making a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.
• Collect and document data accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families.
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software.
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings.

Schedule
