Pay

$18.14 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

About the role

This Bulk Merchandiser position services and maintains multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. The role involves presenting products to attract consumer attention at retail locations, following plan sets and planograms, and communicating with store management and cross-functional personnel.

Hiring Event: Tuesday, November 3rd, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at 807 N 21st Street, Knoxville, TN. Immediate starts available for full‑time and part‑time roles.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically move product from backroom to display areas.
• Create and distribute point‑of‑sale materials on displays and shelves where permitted.
• Rotate product stock.
• Fill and merchandise Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; verify vendor equipment operation.
• Organize and maintain back rooms: stack and arrange product by package and flavor, manage return of empty pallets, shells, damaged and out‑of‑date product to the branch.
• Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow‑up, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activity discussions.

Requirements

• Valid in‑state driver’s license.
• Excellent driving history.
• Proof of insurance with liability coverage of at least $50,000 per person / $100,000 per accident, property damage coverage of at least $50,000, and a deductible of $500 or less, effective from the first day of employment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work reliably and independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Company‑provided cell phone required.

Skills

• Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to satisfy diverse customer demands and expectations.
