Hiring Event for Security Officers, Supervisors, and Flex Security Officers (Unarmed and Armed)

Hiring event: Thursday, August 27th, 2026 from 9:00am–4:00pm at 2809 Emerywood Pkwy, Suite 250, Richmond VA 23294.

About the role

Armed and unarmed Security Officer and Supervisor positions available. All positions are full-time with all shifts available (including weekends).

Pay

• Flex Security Officer: $19.00/hour (must have open availability, a REAL ID, and a valid driver’s license)
• Unarmed Supervisor: $19.00–$23.00/hour (must have valid driver’s license)
• Armed Security Officer: $21.00–$23.00/hour (must be armed certified)
• Armed Supervisor: $23.00–$25.00/hour (must be armed certified and have valid driver’s license)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Pass a lifetime background check and drug test
• One year of security experience required; supervisor experience required for supervisor roles
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance: visible body piercings or tattoos not permitted unless authorized
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Must meet and continue to meet all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, including climbing stairs, walking on inclines, and uneven terrain
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
