Hiring Event for Security Officers, Supervisors, and Flex Security Officers (Unarmed and Armed)

About the Role

Securitas is hiring for Armed and Unarmed Security Officer and Supervisor positions. Join our team to provide security and safety for client property and personnel.

Pay

• Flex Security Officer: $19.00/hour (Must have open availability, a real ID, and a valid Driver’s license)
• Unarmed Supervisor: $19.00–$23.00/hour (Must have a valid Driver’s license)
• Armed Security Officer: $21.00–$23.00/hour (Must be armed certified)
• Armed Supervisor: $23.00–$25.00/hour (Must be armed certified and have a valid Driver’s license)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass a lifetime background check and drug test
• 1 year of security experience required (Security Supervisor experience required for Supervisor roles)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance: Visible body piercings or tattoos not permitted unless authorized
• Must meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards
• Must have a valid Driver’s license for applicable roles
• Armed certification required for armed positions

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure security and safety of client property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, including climbing stairs and navigating inclines or uneven terrain
• Physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Schedule

• Full-time positions available
• All shifts available, including weekends
