What You’ll Do
Team Members
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
- Prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides with care and pride.
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Bring positive energy and teamwork to every shift.
Shift Leaders
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts.
- Set the tone for great customer experiences.
- Support training and development of Team Members.
- Help manage daily operations while living the Potbelly Way.
