Responsibilities

Team Members

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
• Prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides with care and pride
• Keep our shop clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Bring positive energy and teamwork to every shift

Shift Leaders

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts
• Set the tone for great customer experiences
• Support training and development of Team Members
• Help manage daily operations while living the Potbelly Way
