Mandatory Requirements
- 2 Years Of Armed FPS-PSO Experience
- Military (with Honorable Discharge)
- Policing Background Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 21 & over
Job Duties
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Provide detailed reports
- Use magnetometer and X-ray machines
- Communicate using two-way radios
- Perform CPR or first aid
- Ensure credentials are maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident with honorable discharge
- Two years of armed security experience or one year of law enforcement experience
- Two years of military service with an honorable discharge
- Fluency in English
- Strong firearm qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service mindset
Education Requirements
- CPR/American Red Cross Certification
- High School Diploma/GED
- MD Armed Guard Card
- Baton M.E.B. Training
- O.C. aerosol spray CPR/American Red Cross Certification
- 16 Hour X-Ray and Magnetometer Basic Training
- Exhibits 72/64 hours Firearms Qualification
- Initials Weapon Training
- DHS Letter of Suitability
- FPS Orientation Certificate
- DHS Suitability
