Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our client's facilities
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, empty trash cans, etc.
- Clean windows, shampoo carpets, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
- Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Write reports of areas cleaned, extra services needed and notify the manager of major repairs
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5-7 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Strip & Wax, Tile & Grout cleaning, pressure washing, etc
- Own equipment and tools is preferred but not required
- MUST BE LEGAL TO WORK IN THE US
- Must be professional, responsible, and reliable
- Must communicate with the office by email, text, and call during work hours
- Must speak and understand English
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
- MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
- Able to get more people for big jobs
