Job Description Support day-to-day employee benefits administration in a fast-paced corporate environmentAssist with open enrollment processing, including employee communications, data entry, and follow-upSupport COBRA administration and retiree benefits processesConduct benefits audits and verify employee eligibilityReview, audit, and maintain benefits documentation, including HC-5 recordsMaintain accurate, confidential employee recordsTrack and maintain data and reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulasManage multiple deadlines and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detailRespond to employee benefits questions with a customer service mindsetCollaborate with HR team members and ask questions to resolve issues Position Requirements Excel proficiency required: pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are a mustProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry accuracyStrong organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented problem solver who takes initiative and adapts easilyPreferred: Experience with COBRA administration, HC-5 documentation, benefits audits and eligibility verification, retiree benefits support, and corporate or banking environments Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
