Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and/or recipes provided by supervisor
• Observe cleanliness of kitchen floor at all times, mopping and sweeping
• Observe safety procedures at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Prepare all salads, appetizers and grilled items to order
• Work closely with the front of the house staff and management to ensure delivery of consistent menu items
• Take ownership from production to the final delivery of the end product
• Continually exceed expectations of guests
• Responsible for setting up station and stocking up station for shift

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment
• Must be able to adapt to changes in new menu items and cooking techniques
• Must have the ability to complete multiple tasks/heavy volume under time constraints
• Must have experience with making and working with pizza dough
• Ability to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hire
• Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
