Highway Technician 1 - PNs: 20057168, 20057253, 20057197, 20057191 - Cuyahoga East (Warrensville & Euclid)

What You Will Do

• Serve the public and contribute to making Ohio's roads safer.
• Perform a variety of highway maintenance activities, such as flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, and mowing.
• Participate in snow and ice operations to ensure safe travel during winter conditions.

Job Skill

• Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & decimals, percentages & fractions;
• Ability to read, write & speak common English vocabulary;
• 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in operation of basic equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction.
