About the Role
This position can be located in the Munster, IN area or surrounding areas, or can be remote in Indiana. This opportunity is also open to candidates wanting to work hybrid.
- Join our highway design team to support the planning, design, and construction of a variety of projects
- Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers, and other professionals
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
- Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state highway, or transportation projects
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience on INDot projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing multi-discipline infrastructure projects
- Located in Indiana
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.

Pay
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 and $110,000 based on skill set and experience.
