Highly Skilled Diesel Mechanic

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing various diesel vehicles and equipment. Conduct diagnostic tests, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues in diesel engines and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Follow industry safety protocols and regulations during all work activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in diesel mechanics.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a formal training program in diesel mechanics preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of diesel engine operation and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
