About the role
Supports the strategic human resources needs of higher education institutions across the nation. This role offers opportunities for consultants and interim CHROs to contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide guidance on talent management, including recruitment, training, and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
- Manage HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or as an interim CHRO
- Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
