Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or as an interim CHRO
• Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
