We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "What The Role Is" and "What You'll Be Doing" and "What You'll Bring" and "What Would Be Nice". Also pay info: Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations $95,000—$110,000 USD. Also mention eligibility for annual cash bonus. Also mention location: Alta site in Mojave, CA. Also mention shift schedule: Work alternate shift schedule on short term basis and overtime as required. Also mention employee may be required to work flexible work hours. Also mention benefits: Clearway offers all eligible employees working 20+ hours per week a comprehensive menu of benefits: generous PTO, medical, dental & vision care, HSAs with company contributions, health FSAs, dependent daycare FSAs, commuter benefits, relocation, & a 401(k) plan with employer match, a variety of life & accident insurances, fertility programs, adoption assistance, generous parental leave, tuition reimbursement, & benefits for employees in same-sex marriages, civil unions & domestic partnerships. So we can include Benefits section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. - About the role: we have description: "Reporting to the Manager, the High Voltage Technician will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of MV & HV electrical equipment for wind energy projects. This person must possess a minimum of five years’ experience in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of high voltage systems at a power generating facility, or similar industrial setting. This position will be located at our Alta site in Mojave, CA." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Be Doing" list of duties. - Requirements/Qualifications: "What You'll Bring" includes education, experience, apprenticeship, driver's license, etc. Also "Must possess a high school diploma or GED", "Five years of relevant experience is required", "Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of work experience and technical training required". Also "Must be able to maintain a professional and positive company image..." etc. Also "Employee may be required to work flexible work hours." Could be schedule. - Skills: "Knowledge & Skills" and "Specific Areas Of Knowledge/familiarity" etc. Also "Must Be Skilled In ..." and list. - Benefits: as described. - Pay: Salary range and annual cash bonus eligibility. - Schedule: "Work alternate shift schedule on short term basis and overtime as required." Also "Employee may be required to work flexible work hours." So schedule section. We must not include sections with placeholder or vague like "commensurate with experience". Pay section we have actual numbers, so include. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, diversity, legal, etc. Remove those. We must not include application instructions, visa sponsorship note? The visa sponsorship note is "No visa sponsorship or any kind of sponsorship for employment authorization is available for this role, now or in the future." That's maybe minor metadata; could be folded into a short p or dropped. Probably drop as it's not substantive? It's a condition but maybe minor. The instruction says: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Visa sponsorship is minor metadata; we could drop or include in a p. Safer to drop. Also "The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law." That's generic; we have specific salary range, so we can include that as part of Pay section. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific tasks, equipment up to 230KV, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown. Let's craft sections:

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, the High Voltage Technician will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of MV & HV electrical equipment for wind energy projects. But note "Work alternate shift schedule on short term basis and overtime as required." could also go to Schedule section. However we can keep it in Responsibilities as it's a duty. But we also have Schedule section later; we might duplicate. Better to keep schedule separate. Let's move that line to Schedule section. Thus Responsibilities list excludes that line.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of five years’ relevant experience.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of work experience and technical training.
  • Valid driver’s license – Class B, or Class A preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive company image and positive relationships with owners, customers, internal and external contractors.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible work hours.
But we also have "Must possess a good understanding of operating procedures, environmental and safety rules and regulations, and first aid procedures." That's more skill/knowledge. Could go under Skills. We also have "Must Be Skilled In ..." list. Thus we can have Skills section.

Skills

  • Understanding of electrical power generation, distribution, and thorough knowledge of MV and HV systems including overhead, underground and substation systems.
  • Understanding of operating procedures, environmental and safety rules and regulations, and first aid procedures.
  • Skilled in the use of a variety of electrical test equipment and hand tools.

Pay section.

Salary range: $95,000—$110,000 USD (based on geographic location, skills, experience, education, training and certifications).

Eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

Schedule section.

Schedule

Work alternate shift schedule on a short‑term basis, with overtime as required. Flexible work hours may be required.

We also have location info already in About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, diversity, etc. We removed. Check for any leftover minor metadata: "No visa sponsorship..." we dropped. "The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law." We incorporated into Pay section. "Clearway Energy Group is leading the transition..." that's company description; we could include maybe in About the role? But it's not specific to role; it's boilerplate about company. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company description might be considered boilerplate but it's not explicitly listed. However it's not substantive to the role; but it's not prohibited. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The company description is not about the role; it's generic. Might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. Safer to drop it as it's not role-specific. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't say to remove company description. However earlier they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including a company description would be a thin section maybe not needed. I'd drop it to keep focused. Also there is duplicated lines about Clearway Energy Group's vision etc repeated twice; we dropped. Now ensure we didn't miss
