High Tech Management Consultant

About the role

Partner with clients across the High Tech industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizations.
Join execution teams to meet the needs of clients.
Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendations.
Maintain relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
Support responses to RFPs and support business development efforts.
Mentor junior members of the High Tech Consulting team and groom them for more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across the High Tech industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience consulting for or working in the High Tech industry
• Minimum of 1 year experience at a consulting firm
• Bonus Points if:
• You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
• You have strong client communication skills
• You have a proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements
• You have specific experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: platform transformations, Cloud transformations, and/or the execution of large-scale functional transformations
• You have prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
• You have operations experience with companies in the Semiconductor Value Chain
• You have front end or back end Planning or Operations experience
• You have PLM/PDM product management experience

Qualifications
