Senior Management Consultant, Technology

About the role

As a Senior Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our clients through strategic planning, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will work closely with partner‑led teams to deliver high‑quality, thoughtful project outcomes. Many projects involve systems selection, technical strategy, and implementation oversight. While deep technical expertise is not required, you will need to engage in technical discussions, understand system requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology‑enabled transformations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional consulting, client‑facing, or other relevant industry experience.
• Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects (estimating/assigning tasks, putting together timelines, requirements gathering, design, etc.).
• A strong understanding of technology‑related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods
