Responsibilities

• Retrieve and adhere to the production schedule to ensure efficient operations.
• Direct the activities of the Baumer Off Bearer, including alternating duties with other operators.
• Manage the flow of materials to maximize operational efficiency.
• Oversee the gluing operation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain statistical process control charts and production reports to monitor quality.
• Keep the production area operational, clean, and organized in accordance with 5S standards.
• Perform simple arithmetic, including decimal/fraction conversions and basic geometry as required.
• Assist in moving and stacking foam rolls as necessary.
• Read, understand, and comply with company policies and procedures, including SOP and SEP, all written in English.
• Complete position requirements training for Job Code 110117.

Requirements

• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and understand basic geometry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Physical ability to move and stack foam rolls.
• Competency in reading and comprehending company policies and procedures in English.
• Physical ability to lift and move foam rolls and other materials as needed.
• Capability to maintain a standing position for extended periods.

Work Environment

• Production area in a manufacturing facility.
• Compliance with 5S standards and adherence to safety procedures required.
