We will be hiring for positions in the Auto Shop, Environmental/Project Team, and Administrative/Sourcing this year.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently attending Colstrip High School as a Junior (becoming a Senior for the 2026/2027 school year)
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Good attendance records (transcript required at time of application)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-service orientation and ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office products and computer applications
