We are seeking a passionate, adaptable, and student-centered high school teacher to join our growing learning community.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, project-based learning experiences across high school coursework
- Collaborate with students to develop personalized learning plans and long-term academic projects
- Monitor student mastery and provide individualized feedback and support
- Build meaningful relationships with students and families
- Serve as a mentor, helping teenagers navigate academic challenges, personal growth, goal-setting, and future career pathways
- Foster a classroom culture built on respect, accountability, curiosity, and resilience
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to continually improve instruction and school culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow is essential
Pay
Starting salary: $42,000 annually
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:20 PM
- Occasional Fridays for planning, professional development, student events, or special activities
