The High School Science Olympiad is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in organizing and running the event. This position involves coordinating logistics, managing volunteers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the competition.

• Coordinate with school administration and community partners to secure necessary resources and facilities.
• Manage volunteer recruitment and training programs.
• Oversee setup and teardown of the competition venue.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the event.
• Handle registration and participant management.
• Document event activities and outcomes for future reference.

About the Role

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in event coordination or similar roles is preferred but not required.

Requirements
