High School Recruiter
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to parse the posting.
Let's extract content:
- Intro: "Do What You Love, Love What You Do Our mission at Aveda is to care for the world we live in, from the products we make to the ways in which we give back to society. At Aveda, we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility, not just in the world of beauty, but around the world. ~ Horst Rechelbacher Who We Are: Do What You Love – Love What You Do. Founded in 2004, Nurtur Aveda is a community of professionals dedicated to environmental responsibility and developing future leaders in the world of beauty and wellness."
That's about the organization; could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" or "About the company". Probably "About the role" is appropriate for description of mission and who we are.
- Position Purpose: "The purpose of this position is to develop and implement an impactful and results-focused high school recruitment and community outreach strategy. The High School Recruiter will focus on developing meaningful partnerships with the local community to enhance the Institute’s visibility and execute a successful high school strategy."
That could be part of About the role or separate. We'll include in About the role.
- Responsibilities: list bullet points under "Responsibilities:" with subheadings "Sales And Recruitment (New Business):" and "Events And Marketing:" each with bullet points.
We need to output - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
for responsibilities, maybe nested? But we can just list each bullet as - . The subheadings could be
or maybe . But we must not create extra headings unless needed. We can include subheadings as ...
or just as part of - text. Simpler: each bullet as
- containing the text.
- Minimum Requirements: list bullet points.
- Physical Demands And Work Environment: prose; could be a section maybe "Work Environment" but not in list of headings. Could be omitted if not matching headings? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could include under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". But Physical Demands is separate; maybe we can include as a
under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". However we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map:
- About the role: mission, who we are, position purpose.
- Responsibilities: the list.
- Requirements: Minimum Requirements (education/experience) plus maybe Physical Demands? Could be separate but we can include Physical Demands as part of Requirements or Qualifications.
- Qualifications: maybe skills? But we have "Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills." etc. That's under Minimum Requirements as skills. Could be under Skills section.
- Benefits: "Perks And Benefits:" list.
- Pay: not mentioned; so we should NOT create Pay section.
- Schedule: not mentioned; do NOT create.
- Travel Requirements: mention travel locally; could be under Responsibilities or a separate section? Not in headings list; maybe we can include under Responsibilities as a bullet? It's under "Travel Requirements:" separate. Could be a
under Responsibilities or a separate section like "Travel". But not in allowed headings; we could omit or include as a paragraph under Responsibilities. Probably better to include as a paragraph under Responsibilities.
- Also location, department, employment type, minimum experience: these are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph at top: "Location: Columbus, Ohio | Department: Admissions & Financial Aid | Employment Type: Full-Time | Minimum Experience: Entry-level". That's acceptable.
- Remove boilerplate: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Also remove "Link to This Job Location", etc.
Now construct HTML.
We'll start with a
for metadata.
Then
About the role
with containing mission/who we are/position purpose.
Then
Responsibilities
with - ... each bullet.
We need to include subheadings? Could embed as part of bullet text.
Let's list responsibilities bullets:

- Prior work experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations preferred.

We could include this as a
under Requirements or Qualifications.
Benefits list:
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
- 401(k)/match
- PTO
- Employee discount on products and services
- Growth opportunities
Now we need to decide sections.
We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Requirements and Physical Demands), Benefits.
We could also have Skills section for interpersonal etc. But we already have those in Minimum Requirements; could keep under Requirements.
Qualifications maybe not needed.
Thus output:
Location: Columbus, Ohio | Department: Admissions & Financial Aid | Employment Type: Full-Time | Minimum Experience: Entry-level
