High School Prep Crew Team Member (Part-Time)

Looking for your first job? Join the Bethel Bakery team and gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced bakery environment! This is an active, behind-the-scenes bakery position, not a customer service or front-counter job. You’ll help keep our bakery clean, organized, and ready for production.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and work areas
• Wash dishes, baking pans, and bakery tools
• Sweep, mop, scrub floors, and empty trash
• Restock supplies and prepare areas for the next day's baking
• Organize, label, and store cookies and baked goods
• Assist the bakery team with cleaning, prep, and other tasks as needed

Requirements

• No experience necessary—we'll train you!
• Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
• Comfortable with active, hands-on work and cleaning duties
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around water, cleaning products, and both warm and cold bakery areas

Schedule

Part-time, up to 20 hours/week. 2-3 weekdays after school + Saturdays. Weekdays: approximately 3:30-6:00 p.m. Saturdays: up to 8 hours. No late nights. Closed Sundays and major holidays.

Pay

$11/hour
