This position is available in Olathe, KS. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues and minimize downtime.
• Facilitate the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product quality.
• Learn technical skills such as soldering and troubleshooting equipment.

Requirements

• Be a US Person.
• Be enrolled in or have completed at least 1 Career & Technical Education (CTE) course focused on a skilled trade.
• Be interested in full-time employment immediately upon high school graduation.
• Have earned a high school diploma from one of our partner school districts during the 2026-27 school year:
  • Blue Valley Schools
  • Olathe Public Schools
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Pay

The hourly base range for this position is $18-$22/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
