About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Company training program and work in all areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales. The individual may travel to our Corporate Office in Connecticut for a few weeks of training, and may have an opportunity to spend some time at one or two of our other facilities. Responsibilities will include hands-on projects, as well as presentation of those projects to the management team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on projects across manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales
- Present projects to the management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products and AutoCAD/related programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization
- Great attitude and a desire to learn about all aspects of a Manufacturing Company
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person for whom a license is obtained (ITAR requirement)
Pay
$75,000.00 (salary range information applicable to California only). An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.
