Now Hiring: High School English Language Arts Teacher Location: North Fort Lauderdale, Florida School Type: Charter School Legacy Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated High School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher for a charter school in North Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will inspire students to strengthen their reading, writing, communication, and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Florida’s B.E.S.T. Standards for high school ELA. Teach literature, informational texts, writing, grammar, and research skills. Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs. Assess student progress and use results to guide instruction. Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. Communicate with families and collaborate with school staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Valid Florida educator certification in English (Grades 612), or eligibility for the appropriate certification. Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
