No roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Canvass & Build Relationships: Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Inspect & Educate: Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims: Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
• Build Your Pipeline: Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory

Requirements

• Self-motivated and competitive
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver's license and a pick-up truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)
• No experience required—we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.

Pay

Uncapped income potential: first‑year performers earn $100K–$150K+, top earners make $250K+ annually with no income cap—your effort determines your paycheck. Paid training program includes base pay during training, per‑claim pay during training, plus commission, plus hands‑on coaching and mentorship.
