Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
  • Carry out door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
  • Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Maintain and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
  • Participate in community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand and service awareness.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required—we’ll train you!

Pay

Starting target compensation at 100% (base pay + targeted commissions) for full time roles range from $72,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
