About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in Ocean and Monmouth County. This role is ideal for caregivers, retirees, parents, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income through short, meaningful visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Engage in task-based visits ranging from 1-hour to a few hours
• Visit clients during early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and throughout the day

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable individuals
• Compassionate caregivers who enjoy helping others
• No prior home care experience required
• Willingness to travel to client homes within your service area
• Commitment to providing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those traveling)
• Passing background check
