About the role

Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, medication management, and other health-related tasks under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to supervising nurse
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during home visits

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing background check

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
