Actify Home Care is clinician owned and operated, led by a Physical Therapist with 20+ years of experience. We are growing and hiring dependable, professional caregivers (CNAs and HHAs) in South Palm Beach County: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lantana, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming (ADLs).
• Light cleaning and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Help with walking, transfers, and safe companionship.

Requirements

• Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate.
• Current CPR Certification Card.
• Health Physical and PPD (Chest X-ray).
• Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Professional Liability Insurance (If needed, we can help you get this at low cost).

Pay

$16.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Status: 1099 Contractor.
• Shifts: Days, nights, and weekends available.
