About the role

Join our BrightStar Care team as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA) and provide exceptional in-home care and support to clients in St. Charles, O'Fallon, and St. Peters. Help clients live safely and comfortably by assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and working closely with families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and brighten your client’s day.
• Help with mobility assistance, transfers, and basic exercises.
• Support meal preparation and feeding, including specialized care for dietary needs.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for each client.

Requirements

• A passion for helping others and a heart full of compassion.
• CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work with clients throughout St. Charles, O'Fallon, and St. Peters.

Pay

$16.50 - $25/hour with bonuses and benefits.
