About the role

As a Home Health Aide at Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients in their homes. This role involves one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling options to support work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings
• Aid with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status

Requirements

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate (required)
• Attention to detail; ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
