Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily Memory Care Living.
- Help residents maintain good personal hygiene.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Provide routine individualized healthcare needs.
- Monitor or report changes in health status.
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with leader.
- Record vital signs monthly such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate.
Requirements
- Must possess a NJ CNA or HHA License.
Pay
$20–$24 per hour.
