About the role

Home Careolina is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Denver, NC. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities while promoting their independence and comfort in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisory staff.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care activities.

Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' homes in Denver, NC.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Genuine compassion for seniors and a commitment to respectful, dignified care.

Pay

$16–$18 per hour, based on experience and shift type.

Schedule

• Daytime shifts (4–12 hours).
• Overnight 12‑hour shifts.
• 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour shifts.
• Day shift and night shift.
• Weekend availability.
• Holiday shifts.
• Overtime opportunities.
