HGV Class 1 Driver

About the role

We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our Culina Logistics team in Washington, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK. This is a permanent, full-time role for HGV Class 1 drivers responsible for RDC, Farms, and Packhouse deliveries. Ideal for drivers who take pride in safe driving, excellent customer service, and dependable delivery standards.

You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service, and high professional standards are valued every day.

Schedule

Shift patterns available:

• Sunday to Thursday (Start window 00:01 - 04:00)
• Sunday to Thursday (Start window 02:00 - 06:00)
• Tuesday to Saturday (Start window 02:00 - 06:00)
• Friday to Monday (Start window 00:01 - 04:00)

We offer flexibility in shift patterns, and other options can be considered. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Pay

Pay rates range from £13.50 to £21.91 per hour, depending on shift, plus opportunities for overtime and subsistence allowances.
