Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate destination;
• Maintain efficient communication within, to, and from the hotel.
• Approach all guest and employee encounters with friendliness and professionalism;
• Maintain a warm and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area;
• Be familiar with emergency and VIP procedures.
• Maintain guest privacy at all times;
• Handle messages and faxes according to standards.
• Serve as radio dispatcher;
• Record and relay guest requests;
• Maintain daily activity logs and efficient filing systems.
• Assist with front desk procedures, including bucket checks and other duties as assigned by the Front Desk manager.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly;
• Strong multitasking skills and initiative;
• Effective problem-solving abilities and deadline management;
• Ability to assimilate and adjust complex information to meet specific needs;
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial data.
