About the role
Patient Care Technician (PCT) providing dialysis treatment in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
Responsibilities
- Deliver dialysis care under RN supervision at care sites
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines
- Monitor patient vitals and document treatments
- Assist with infection control and equipment disinfection
- Educate patients on treatment and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care
- Make a meaningful impact in patient care
Qualifications & Skills
- Certified CHT, CCHT, or BONENT with relevant experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable handling blood, needles, and dialysis solutions
- Ability to work extended hours on your feet
- Willingness to float between facilities
