About the role

The Division of Hematopathology in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is actively recruiting a staff hematopathologist. The Division includes 43 hematopathologists, cytogeneticists, clinical pathologists and hematologists whose diverse clinical practice encompasses all aspects of benign and malignant hematopathology from both the internal Mayo Clinic practice and the Mayo Clinic Laboratories reference laboratory. Our faculty is committed to excellence in clinical practice, education, and translational research.

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical teaching and academic activities

Requirements

• American Board of Pathology board certification or eligibility in Hematopathology
• Solid diagnostic skills in bone marrow and/or lymph node pathology

Qualifications

• Recent graduates and experienced pathologists are encouraged to apply
• Junior candidates intending to develop a career focused on Hematopathology
• Mid-career candidates with a proven clinical record and strong academic interests
