Hematology & Oncology Program Manager

About the role

Join a healthcare system as a Hematology & Oncology Program Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites, support clinical and administrative leadership, and develop standardized infusion and navigation services. The role includes acting as the Director for Infusion Services, supervising the oncology navigation core, leading quality improvement initiatives, and supporting education and research activities as a clinician-educator-research faculty member.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree
• Unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
• Completion of an accredited residency in a core specialty
• Board certification or eligibility, with preferred ABIM certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
• Fellowship training in adult Hematology & Oncology is preferred
• Academic appointment eligibility

• Supervision of consult services and trainees
• Development of standardized processes and quality improvement projects

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
