Physician (Hematology and Oncology Program Manager)
Qualifications
with content. We have "Duties" section. That maps to Responsibilities. We have "Pay", "Paid Time Off", "Retirement", "Insurance", "Licensure", "CME", "Malpractice", "Contract", "Work Schedule". Those are benefits and pay and schedule. We need to create sections: Benefits (maybe combine PTO, retirement, insurance, licensure, CME, malpractice, contract). Pay section: "Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases". Schedule: "Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm". Also maybe "Work Schedule" heading. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc. There's a line: "Additional Requirement: Faculty appointment at Wake Forest University School of Medicine - commensurate with experience". That's placeholder? It says commensurate with experience, which is vague; we should avoid including that line? The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For content within a section, we should avoid filler text. The line "Faculty appointment at Wake Forest University School of Medicine - commensurate with experience" includes "commensurate with experience". That's filler; we should omit that detail? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. However we must not include filler text. The line contains both substantive (Faculty appointment at Wake Forest University School of Medicine) and filler (commensurate with experience). We could keep the substantive part and drop the filler phrase. Probably we can keep "Faculty appointment at Wake Forest University School of Medicine". The phrase "commensurate with experience" is filler; we can omit it. Similarly "Preferred Experience: ABIM board certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology and fellowship training in adult Hematology & Oncology" is substantive. We also have "Physical Requirements:" list; that could be under Requirements? Might be part of Qualifications? Could be a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could be part of Requirements? We'll include under Requirements maybe as a list. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Now construct HTML. We'll have:About the role

Applicants pending completion of training or license requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. - (3) Non‑US residency training programs followed by a minimum of three years of verified independent practice in the United States (performing under a full and unrestricted license) performing duties related to the position they are applying for (United States fellowships would be creditable towards this requirement) – which the local Medical Staff Executive Committee deems to have provided the applicant with appropriate professional training and believes has exposed the Physician to an appropriate range of patient care experiences
- Exceptions: Residents currently enrolled in ACGME/AOA accredited residency training programs and who would otherwise meet the basic requirements for appointment are eligible to be appointed as “Physician Resident Providers” (PRPs). PRPs must be fully licensed physicians (i.e., not a training license) and may only be appointed on an intermittent basis. PRPs are not considered independent practitioners and will not be privileged; rather, they are to have a “scope of practice” that allows them to perform certain restricted duties under supervision. Additionally, surgery residents in gap years may also be appointed as PRPs. In rare and unusual circumstances – the Facility Director can submit a memo to the VISN Director through the VISN Chief Medical Officer – who may approve requests for reasonable exceptions to the residency training requirement for Physicians whose composite record of experience, accomplishments, performance, and qualifications warrant such action.
