About the role

NYP/Methodist Hospital is seeking a Hematology (only) specialist to join our team. This position focuses on providing comprehensive care for patients with hematologic disorders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various hematologic conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct research in hematology to advance medical knowledge
• Train and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board certification in Hematology or Hematology/Oncology
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in hematology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with advanced diagnostic techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
