Hematologist/Oncologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

This outpatient hematology and oncology role requires a Board-Certified MD to provide clinical coverage in a structured cancer center environment. The clinician will manage a patient load of 14-18 adults daily, with responsibilities including outpatient care, occasional inpatient consultations, and maintaining documentation via the Epic EMR system. The position involves Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a half-day for administrative tasks, and call coverage at a 1:4 ratio. The team includes three physicians, an APP, a dedicated RN Care Coordinator, and support staff, ensuring coordinated oncologic care. Prescriptive authority is required, and the role involves minimal inpatient duties and no new consults.
