About the role
Seeking an experienced hematologist/oncologist for outpatient clinic duties in a healthcare network with over 22,000 staff and multiple locations. The role involves providing comprehensive adult hematology and oncology care in an on-site, outpatient setting, with a focus on delivering personalized, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Manage hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Handle 10-30 patients daily within an 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule
Requirements
- Board certification in Medical Oncology
- Clinical expertise in hematology/oncology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage variable treatment types
Schedule
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle with call responsibilities during assigned weeks
