About the role
This outpatient hematology and oncology physician position involves providing adult patient care at a cancer center within a hospital system in Salina, Kansas. The clinician will manage 10-15 patients daily, perform evaluations, and may conduct bone marrow biopsies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized cancer treatments
- Coordinate patient care
- Participate in call coverage on a 1:4 rotation, including one weekend per month
Requirements
- Board certification in hematology and/or oncology
- Outpatient clinical skills
- Ability to work on-site in Salina, Kansas
Schedule
Weekday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some Friday morning shifts.
Support
Support staff includes physicians and advanced practice providers.
