Hematologist/Oncologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

Seeking a Medical Oncologist (MD) for outpatient cancer center coverage in Ohio. Responsibilities: Provide hematology and oncology outpatient care, managing an average of 15 adult patients per day. Cover clinic on-site with a focus on general hematologic and oncologic conditions. Maintain clinical documentation using Epic EMR. Prescriptive authority is required. No call coverage needed.Work Schedule: Initially 2 days per week, increasing to 4 days per week starting January. Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.Team and Support: Collaborate with a clinical support team including a Medical Oncologist, advanced practice provider, RNs, and MAs.Qualifications and Skills: Board certification in oncology or hematology required. Strong clinical documentation skills, prescriptive authority, and experience managing adult outpatient cases.Additional Details: Outpatient setting, no call required, focused on general hematology and oncology treatments, with all clinical activities documented in Epic EMR.
