About the role
The successful candidate may have recently completed a fellowship or be an academic or community oncologist seeking a challenging environment to grow in.
Responsibilities
- Care for benign and neoplastic hematology under the guidance of 3 other hematologists
- Participate in the shared care model for BMT patients with innovative initiatives in telemedicine, data interoperability, and physician education
- Collaborate with colleagues across Hartford HealthCare to ensure consistent high-quality care and support research programs
- Engage in clinical research opportunities through the MSK Cancer Alliance
Requirements
- Board Certification in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- Experience in treating hematologic malignancies and benign hematology conditions
- Interest in and ability to participate in clinical research
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications
- BC/BE medical oncologists/hematologists
- Recent completion of fellowship or experience in academic or community settings
- Interest in and ability to engage in clinical research
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
