About the role

Hematologist specializing in benign and malignant hematology, with opportunities to focus on dedicated benign hematology or a mix of both. The position involves clinical care, research, education, and program development within a nationally recognized cancer center.

Responsibilities

• Build and shape a benign hematology program
• Manage non-malignant hematologic disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in malignant hematology services including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
• Collaborate with established BMT and cellular therapy programs
• Support clinical, research, and educational initiatives to grow the hematology division
• Provide expert hematology care
• Contribute to program development
• Participate in clinical trials
• Support the growth of a comprehensive hematology service line in a dynamic academic environment

Qualifications

• Candidates ranging from new graduates to experienced physicians with a focus on hematology
• Ability to develop specialized programs and work within multidisciplinary teams

• Strong clinical and research skills are preferred
