Veterans Thrift Stores, established in 1964, is dedicated to supporting veterans and giving back to the local community through charitable programs. Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods, ensuring all donations are transported safely and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the donation pick‑up process.
• Adapt to daily pick‑up schedules and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Class C California driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to learn how to drive and operate a box truck.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb independently.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Previous experience in a related role is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of truck operations and willingness to assist in maintaining truck cleanliness.

Schedule

Tuesday – Saturday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with overtime as needed.
