Driver/Helper

About the role

This full-time on-site Driver Helper role is based in San Diego. As a Driver Helper, you will assist the driver with loading and unloading goods, ensuring all donations are transported safely and efficiently. You will also support in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, while providing excellent customer service throughout the donation pick-up process. Daily responsibilities will vary based on pick-up schedules and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Truck operations and willingness to assist with various vehicle-related tasks
• Class C California Driver's License plus a good driving record
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism and teamwork
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs independently
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasks
• Previous experience in a related role is a plus, but not required

Pay

$18.50 - $20.50 per hour

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm with overtime as needed.
